Terms & Conditions.....
The following terms and conditions apply to transactions on our websites at us. The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and if required, print a copy for your records or future use. To Order through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery in the UK. We will treat each order as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
1) Your Order.....
After completion of your order please check the receipt and ensure the details are correct. If you have any doubt please contact our sales office immediately as amendments by post take time and therefore can be an inconvenience to you.
2) Description of Goods.....
All the descriptive matter, images, specifications and advertising on our site are for the purpose of giving an approximate description only of the goods. All specifications stated or shown are approximate and are intended as a guide only. The company does not accept responsibility for any prior preparation work based on such specifications.
3) Dispatch & Delivery.....
we will endeavour to dispatch or deliver most products within 7 working days, some products may take 14-21 working days. All dates are given only as approximate and all goods are subject to availability. Sometimes delays occur which are out of our direct control. We recommend you not to start work or book any installation dates prior to the receipt of your goods. We will inform you if any items are out of stock or have extended delivery dates. Please check your goods on receipt or as soon as possible. Damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours after delivery to enable us to act appropriately. Beyond this time, us cannot take responsibility. Remember in any event please contact sales who will try to resolve any questions
4) Prices & Payment.....
we endeavour to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate. However we are entitled to make adjustments to the prices to take account of any manufacturers increases, or any changes in duty or taxes, or if due to an error or omission to the published price. We request that all goods are paid for on completion of order, cheques must be cleared prior to dispatch. We accept payment by credit/debit cards.
Please note that for our customers protection we operate an anti-fraud policy. As a result we WILL NOT ACCEPT an order where a 'Landline' telephone number cannot be supplied. We also cannot accept online orders without a valid email address. On the order you must provide us with the exact billing address and telephone number. Also we will require the address and telephone number that your credit card company/bank have on file. Please note inaccurate information will cause a delay in processing your order.
5) Delivery Charges.....
All orders over the value of £250 will be delivered free of charge. Any orders under this amount will incur a delivery charge of £8.00. The free delivery charge only applies to mainland UK addresses. Other areas or overseas please contact sales.
6) Order Cancellations.....
Any order or part of an order can be cancelled prior to dispatch or delivery. If after delivery you wish to return any item, you will be responsible for returning the item back to us yourself it will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. The item must be in its original packaging and must not have been fitted.
7) Risk.....
We will only deliver to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
